Your responsibility is limited to working hours, you are not responsible for anything outside of them.
We will explain to you what we expect from you and teach you everything necessary.

You want to develop yourself, to test what you can do and what you can endure.
You are not afraid to take on increased responsibility and you do not give up at the first stress.
We will give you space to develop and we will not demand results right away. It will depend on you where you grow.
Combined route:
You are somewhere in between. You want stability, but you would also like to try your hand at something new.
We will support you and give you advice on where to go.
